About The Wolfman

The Wolfman was born when his coworkers tried to force a nickname upon him because there was already someone working there with his actual name. The Wolfman refused to take this name and instead claimed he would only respond to being called “Wolfman”. This nickname stuck, which is most likely a credit to the fear everyone felt even considering crossing the Wolfman. This site was created because the Wolfman loves to read comic books and watch horror movies, as well as use curse words and talk shit on things other people do. Most people he encounters choose not to engage him in these discussions, not wanting to encourage or contribute to his violent outbursts of anger, rage, or praise, so the Wolfman takes to the internet instead. Sadly, the amount of content that the Wolfman enjoys is typically harder to come by, so he finds himself venting his frustrations of the current creative content of these two mediums. He does, however, sometimes find himself enjoying things, and makes sure to praise them as much as possible. The best way to get in contact with the Wolfman is through commenting on his site, because engaging in private discourse is something that makes the Wolfman uncomfortable. Hopefully you enjoy the site, post a comment here and there, and we can all have a safe and fun experience.

  1. You may laugh at me because I don’t know the Rolling Stones “Gimme Shelter” song; sorry I’m a child of the 80’s ;). I have not had a chance to see this movie, my work schedule at Dish has been hectic, but I remember seeing the trailer on iTunes, and thought it may be an okay movie. After reading the Wolman’s review I added this to my Blockbuster @home DVD queue. I think this will be a good movie to watch for the weekend. If I don’t like it I can always return it to a Blockbuster, and get another movie from my queue. This way is cheaper and less time consuming than seeing a movie at the theater.

  2. I know this isn’t site specific, but i have to say that your tweets during the debates and election had me losing my shit. Great stuff man, added you to my blogroll

  3. Funny. That little story about how you got your nickname…is nearly identical to the story of how I got mine. I also bear the moniker of WOLFMAN because of those around me trying to come up with a name due to the fact that there was another that shared my first name in our class. I wore wolf shirts of different kinds nearly every day in high school, so they chose ‘Wolf Man’… ‘Wolfie’ for short. It was weird at first, but it grew on me…until I actually felt flattered by it. I have been called worse. That was back in the late ’80’s. But upon reading your little tale, I was overwhelmed by both revulsion and feelings of brotherhood…because ever since I have had the internet, I’ve come across way too many out there that, for one reason or another, have taken that name. Sometimes even shaming it. Like ‘Furries’…what the hell are those? Yikes. I thought I would just share that with you, one Wolfman to another.

  4. What’s up Wolfman the Fullmoon Doh! Well anyway I am a person who likes excess so I’m gonna follow your site and see if I can’t help make it a phenomenon or at least as we called it in the 60s and 70s a fad! Live long and prosper and don’t get hit with any silver bullets
